Food Prep etc. - Parents' Responsibilities for Grad dinner/ceremony
By now, all grade 12 parents should have been contacted by Billie Ahmed regarding the food you are bringing. She will be getting a list together and sending it out to everyone as to what everyone has agreed to bring and what your responsibilities will be at the dinner/celebration.
I am looking into getting water donated in a big jug in some form and looking into the PAC buying some biodegradable paper cups and plastic glasses. They can actually go into the compost. It's from a company called Biodegradable Solutions (http://www.biodegradablesolutions.com/index.php) The other alternative was a couple hundred plastic water bottles, and that really goes against the greening of the school. If anyone has any contacts in that industry or Costco (who i hear donates quite readily) please let me know.
Thank you,
